M. Sheileen Godwin brings an arsenal of assets to Lewith & Freeman Real Estate, from interior design to graphic design. Sheileen has a passion for photography, organizing, and graphic design which are valuable when it comes to selling your home. Not only does she have the ideal skill set, but she also combines our client-first philosophy with great listening and communication skills. This continually encourages Sheileen to work diligently from day one to closing.
As a proud graduate of, King’s College and later Binghamton University with her primary studies in Theatre, Sheileen held position as a Professor at King’s College in the Department of Theatre. Her many roles and duties include specializations in Public Relations, marketing, content and social media development, communications, web page administration and graphic design. With her plethora of experience and expertise, Sheileen is easily deemed marketing savvy, highly personable, and filled with professionalism.
Sheileen admires working with buyers and sellers throughout their real estate transactions, and building relationships. Her goal is to provide such great customer service that it makes your transaction memorable and enjoyable. “As a people person, I believe finding the perfect home for individuals and families is extremely rewarding,” said Sheileen. Her first venture into real estate was when she started a Home Staging Business. She found herself wanting to become more involved in finding the perfect blank canvas for homeowners, therefore becoming a real estate agent seemed to be the logical next step.
As a member of Grant Panel Review Board, Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA) and PA Partners in the Arts (PPA), and volunteer for the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, Sheileen spends a lot of time in the community.
Her deep, local knowledge lead Sheileen to representing buyers and sellers through our Back Mountain office throughout the Northeastern Pennsylvania area, more specifically in Dallas, Shavertown, Trucksville, Harveys Lake, and Hunlock Creek.
